This is a sumptuous first floor room configured as comfy superkingsize-zip-and-link bed or twin beds, and en suite shower. Accentuated by an idyllic view of the gardens and the river it’s perfect for watching trains crossing the Stephenson bridge.

This is a very spacious room with king-size bed and en suite shower room. This room features two large windows overlooking the Tweed, the Stephenson Viaduct and the Old and Royal Tweed bridges.

This spacious double bedroom looks over the driveway to the park beyond, away from the river. A most relaxing room, it is perfect for singles or couples, and has a good-size bathroom with shower-over-bath.

This is our ‘secret room’, accessed by a few steps from the main staircase. Not only is it a cozy hideaway, with  but it has lovely river views. With its kingsize bed and small en-suite shower it’s perfect for the single traveller or average-build couple.
